If nothing has been adjusted, and no new mounts, I'd bolt her in. Never hurts to check afterwards, it may ave never been aligned correctly.   :idunno:

You sure it's the cams and not piston slap?  I just had one in earlier this year with that kit in it,  bore was .0015 to big and out of round.

A 107 cylinder being out of round? Say it isn't so!

They added a map because they wanted to let the bike be broken in first.  That is why I turned to you guys.

It would depend on how close that MAP is. If HD did their homework, and know what to adjust for "their" own parts, all should be well. Keep in mind, the tune even after with the street tuner is very limited as to what can be adjusted.

For a mid 90's dresser: If the motor and transmission are removed for service, then reinstalled, will it still be properly aligned assuming no changes were made to any to the stabilizer hardware? Seems logical to assume but I'm not convinced

Third year on a AG 24 -720 ccp its AWESOME starter doesn't even know there is a engine there. It sparks up instantly.  You only get what you pay for.  Bob

So, the dealer added all of that on from new, and didn't tune it?   :scratch:
